Farmate provides farm lists and practical resources to help backpackers organise their farm work search in Australia.

Farmate is not a recruitment agency, employer or job guarantor. We do not promise that any farm will reply, hire you or validate work days.

Each purchased list gives access to the related content from your Farmate account. Access is personal and linked to your account.

The price, currency and included content are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Unless the law requires otherwise, purchases of digital content available immediately are not refundable once access is unlocked.

You must provide a valid email and keep your account access secure. You are responsible for actions taken from your account.

If you think your account has been used without permission, contact us quickly at hello@farmate.app.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful, clean and current. Farm needs change quickly, so some data may become inaccurate, unavailable or incomplete.

Before accepting a role, check conditions directly with the farm: contract type, rate, hours, accommodation, transport and 88 days eligibility.

You may use Farmate for your own farm work search or to organise a search with your travel partner.

• Do not resell, republish or publicly share farm lists.
• Do not copy content in bulk to create a competing service.
• Do not try to bypass access rules, security or payments.
• Do not use Farmate to spam, harass or contact farms abusively.

We may improve, change or remove some features to maintain Farmate. We do our best to keep the service available, but interruptions can happen.

Farmate provides information and search tools. You remain responsible for your decisions, farm contacts, travel, visa documents and any work relationship you accept.

To the extent allowed by law, Farmate will not be responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, disputes with farms or decisions made from the content.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The update date shows the applicable version. If a material change affects your use, we may flag it in the product or by email.
